Artist Statement
In this piece, I am representing my visual processing disorder. Different colors can effect the way that I see, some help me to see more clearly while others can hurt my vision. Blues help, yellows hurt, and other colors can sway either way depending on their tone. This piece represents that, although it cannot be seen simply by looking at me, this struggle I go through is real.
